Community Alerts is a limited messaging service that delivers a fixed number of plain-text messages each month to all residents of your community via both email and SMS. It's perfect for community-wide alerts and notices.

Both services include email and SMS delivery, replies, consent management, message history, and delivery reporting. Choose Community Alerts for simple property-wide announcements, or Resident Messaging when you need unlimited sends, targeted recipients, templates, personalization, scheduling, images, and attachments.
